How Make Glass Tile Mosaics

How are mosaics made from glass mosaic tile?  The most common method is to glue glass mosaic tile  to a surface with regular tile mastic or Weldbond glue and allow that to cure for at least 24 hours.  Then the mosaic is grouted by smearing wet grout into the gaps between the tiles and wiping away the excess grout with a damp sponge.
